iRely’s petroluem distributor and C-store Customer Advisory Board (CAB) met on December 7th and 8th, 2020. The virtual meeting connected specifically selected customers with the iRely leadership team. CAB members represented multiple lines of business and are in varying stages of iRely’s state-of-the-art i21 software implementation.
The objectives of the meeting included:
- Sharing the state of iRely
- Listening to and obtaining insights from current customers
- Enabling customers to interact with their peers
- Brainstorming on the future technology roadmap
The meeting included key strategies, technology updates and industry insights. The group then split out to discuss specific lines of business in more detail. iRely consistently puts customers at the center of all that we do. Our Customer Advisory Board is a major platform for hearing and understanding the most important needs of our customers.
The next CAB is scheduled for April 6th and 7th, 2021.
